Is your hard drive a SATA? If so did you load the SATA drivers by pressing F6 when prompted?
Seems to me that you may want to rule out the hard drive being an issue. Because of...
"then im installing windows.i waited 2 minutes.after 2 minutes is up i receive a error message on a blue screen.i did this 5 times and nothing.same error message.even without the hard drive.same message"
Seems to me it may not be recognizing the hard drive.
Also if you are using an EIDE hard drive not SATA but the motherboard supports SATA may be wise to double check the "Factory Settings" on the Jumper for which hard drive type takes precedence. May not be an issue with your board but something you should check on. People could help you much more effectively were you to quote the exact error message you get in the future. :)
To me this is screaming hard drive issues/SATA Drivers.

Assuming that you are using a geniune windows xp os, I would suggest that you take the motherboard back to the store and ask the technician to test the motherboard. but don't fret, the same thing happened to me, and i needed to buy a new motherboard.
