Go to http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1 and download a "free" antivirus program on a computer where you can get on the internet with, burn that program to a disk, take the disk and insert into the laptop, click on My Computer, then double click on drive D, from there you should be able to install the program from the "install.exe" file, then run the antivirus. Otherwise, you need to try and access the web ON the laptop itself, then have it checked immediately via the antivirus program. Also, you can download a Trojan remover here http://www.techspot.com/downloads/42-trojan-remover.html Good luck

Try going to housecall.trendmicro.com (do not put www in this address). This is a website owned by TrendMicro, the producers of PC-cillin. You can scan and remove viruses for free from this site. They will not ask for any personal information. If you cannot do it from normal mode, boot into "Safe Mode with Networking" and try it. You boot into "Safe Mode with Networking" by hitting the F8 key while the computer is starting.

See if you can get to spywarewarrior.com. They are a free website that helps people with that type of problem. I had to use them a year ago when my computer was "possessed" and they were extremely helpful. They even have freeware suggestions to download to help prevent further problems.
