you can get a photobucket account or youtube and download it there so it gives you a URL and CODiNG and then paste it into your profile.
if you want the video in the video and pics section of your profile. click on my videos and upload a video

First you have to save the movie to your computer, or any computer because it will just end up online anyway. Then you must use a web host to upload the movie file to the internet. Thridly, find a website that can provide you with an embed-like code. Finally use the address of the file you uploaded and the code you got from the website, in whatever place on your myspace page you want. Voila! You have home movies on your myspace!
