1. Unscrew the very end of the faucet and remove and clean the screen.
2. Make sure the valves under your sink are turned all the way on.

Just a guess, but it sounds more like an obstruction in the supply line rather than a leak. Maybe it's a big chunk of undissolved fluoride or a flat pebble that lodged sideways just as it entered your kitchen line. You would have some joint along the line where it would most likely have lodged. You could turn the water off at the meter, then run electrical fish line into the cold water supply as far as you could go to see if you could dislodge it that way, or you could cut the pipe and replace the joints. Is your pipe plastic or metal? Metal pipes might corrode and a big flake of rust might turn up, thus forming an obstruction. There's all kinds of stuff in our drinking water, which is why the aerator sometimes gets clogged. Just look in the bottom of an old hot water tank to see how much sediment settles out of it. It's the kind of stuff that makes me want a whole house water filter. Oh, and you can fix it yourself even if it's in the wall, but try the fish tape method before you go cutting up pipe and ripping out your plaster. Fish tape is usually used to "fish" wires through conduit, and you may be able to rent it or just buy it at Home Depot or any hardware store in the electrical section.

it could be caused by a leak or sediment build up in the water line. The aerator at the end of your faucet could be clogged,I have actually found very small rocks in them several times.unscrew it and clean it then put it back on! If none of the above isn't the problem, you might need to install larger water lines to your kitchen. Good Luck

it means that you have some kind of blockage in your kitchen plumbing. If you have flexi hose, make sure they're not doubled over or cloged. If you have copper tubing, make sure it's not crimped or cloged. Basically you need to dis-assemble the kitchen faucet and work backwards toward your water supply to find the blockage. You can back just so far and then you may need a professional plumber. Best of luck.

your kitchen is probably the only faucet that has only one handle (a mixing type faucet). these faucets typically have a small, replaceable cartridge inside. this cartridge is replaceable because the small passageways inside it frequently become partially clogged with scale from the hot water. check with the folks at your local hardware supply for the appropriate cartridge.

could be a clogged supply line, an undersized supply line,a partially closed supply valve(usually under sink), the valves in the sink may be faulty, much more possible because the question is not very precise, but if the house is older or if the kitchen is a renovation I would suspect undersize supply plumbing, people often try to save money by purchasing the next smaller size of pipes.

Low water pressure is caused by a variety of things ,some causes have been answered already but things worth looking for
(a) Has it always been like this
if not than replace the tap and see if it fixes the problem.
(b)If yes than check to see whether there has been a water diffuser ,(Restricter ) has been installed These types of devices limit the volume of pressure to a particular tap ,ideally they apparently prevent the shower pressure dropping if you turn on the tap in the kitchen .
(c) At night time turn off your taps and take a reading of your water meter check it again in the morning if there is a signifacant difference you have a leak
Is there a high build up of water deposits within the tap
