Even spelling is, apparently. I'm going to take a wild guess here and assume you're asking if evertything is relative.
That depends - if you believe in a Supreme Being, then God, by definition couldn't be relative.
If you're speaking of the physical world, the speed of light (186,000 per second) is usually deemed to be a constant, and therefore wouldn't be relative.
But strictly speaking, everything that man perceives and measures has to be relative in some sense, since it's all being perceived and/or measured by comparison with other things.
In the field of ethics/morals, the question is a heated one, with some declaring that all morality is relative, others proclaiming that there are absolutes which are not relative (God's laws) and still others who say some morality is relative while other morality isn't.
Personally, I incline towards the last-mentioned view, but then, it's all relative, isn't it?

For sentient beings everything is relative to their lives in their minds.
But being alive is an absolute must for having any point of view at all.
And in this sense human life has an absolute value which is not
relative to anything, except other human lives.

To ask if everything is relative doesn't even make sense, because you don't give specifics as to what you're asking about. Yeah, change is relative to the speed at which something is moving; Einstein proved that. But beyond that your question is too vague to even contemplate answering.

Many things in our world are relative. Most things that are absolute are things of God. God and God's law are not relative, they are absolute.
