It never used to be this way. What has happened? Did I inadvertantly delete something? It is very frustrating....
How do I get back to the settings I had before when the first look at a website was always one with current information and a current date/time stamp? Ideas?

If you have Internet Explorer, try this:
Select Tools => Internet Options from the menu. On the General tab, click the Settings button under Temporary Internet Files. Then select either Automatically (this works for me) or Every visit to the page for checking for newer versions.

in Internet explorer click on tools on the top bar. Click internet options, click settings, click the circle beside automatically check for updated pages.
