UUUmmm, by that I assume you mean desktop designs... Wellll what I do is just surf the net and if I find a picture I like I just right click on it and save it to my pictures folder. Then later on I can apply it to my desktop. Hope I helped!!! ^ - ^

You mean like GUI skins, you're in luck, if you want a twist on a windows theme check out the Royale theme, http://www.softpedia.com/get/Desktop-Enhancements/Themes/Royale-Theme-for-WinXP.shtml if you want some unique themes then head over to Alienware, yes Alienware and download the AlienGuise theme manager, yes it's free to everyone, http://www.alienware.com/intro_pages/invader.aspx but note that I stuck with free options there are many more with programs like Windowblinds. If you want an OSX theme to the max then check out Flyakite OSX, http://osx.portraitofakite.com/logon.htm just enter any name (it doesn't matter) and then download the program and install it.

u can try getting winodws blinds if u have windows 2000 pro u cant cause people are gay and dont make anythin for win2k if u have xp u can get it

www.download.com go there and download some but id advise agaisnt windowblinds, slows down your computer too much.

Any other sites I've tried, install spy-ware!!! You can't get something for free anymore! (you pay by receiving spy ware and viruses!)
