I live in an apartment with no washer connections and have to use the laundry room which has 6 washers and half don't work or rip you off. I find myself having to go in really early to get a washer because people will take all of them and leave their clothes in for hours. The water pressure is slow and it takes an hour to do a load. I don't take anyone's clothes out although I have the right because with the crazy people arouond nowadays, you might get shot. I sometimes take the bus to the laundramat but it is a hassle. I don't mind washing but without my own washer and dryer it can sometime be a timeconsuming nightmare. Any one else has this problem?

Yes, we do here at our house because we have to wait in line
so everyone can do thier share of the laundry. yes since you
live in apartments with 6 washers and dryers, so your best bet
is to do it at 8:00 A.M. or 7:00 A.M. when noone eles is doing
the laundry that way you have no problems with other people

Rest of your day to yourself, always go with a man you know

I used to before I got a washer and dryer of my own, so I know exactly how you feel. I used to have cloth diapers and I had to haul them to the laundromat!
If people in your apartment complex don't remove their clothes from the washer or dryer, it IS okay to remove them. Or you could talk to the management (especially about the broken machines and getting ripped off). If you do take out someone's clothes, treat them as you'd want yours treated. And.... I would stay with my clothes until they were completely finished.

If I were you, then i will clean all the clothes manually though it is a bit difficult rather than going somewhere far away to do that.

Why don't you check to see if your city has a landlord-tenant affairs office, where you can go to complain about the landlord's failure to maintain the laundry room in good condition (and maybe also his failure to maintain your air conditioning in good condition too)?

laundry is always such a hassle...you're not the only person who finds it frustrating, I'd recommend trying to do your clothes late at night:-)
