I just rinse with water to wash away the dirty spot.

If the dirty spot is too many, I cut the surface off a bit.

Is this dirty soap? Perhaps it's only stained soap. Bleach will clean anything!

I think soap is a self cleaning item,every time you use it - it cleans itself.
