Just restart your computer and hit F8 repeatedly until you get a windows menu. That menu should give you an option to boot up in safe mode.

right when it starts keep pressing F8 or F7 Or F2 and a list will comeup choose safemode or directory services restore mode which i think is better becuase u can use te internet and it scans in the backroud for erors
