First, "ideal" is wrong. Try saying "idea" even if it doesn't sound right.
Second, I don't know if the carseat warmer would work, because what if the dial was up too high and the baby was scalded? There are all kinds of limitations the government puts on things that interact with kids, and I don't think the warmer would be approved. The musical part is fine though.
Lastly, I don't have any ideas for your slogan and ad because I don't think the product will work. Sorry!

t.v script: when the commercial comes on the baby should be crying, when the child is put into the chair it should sooth the baby with music and heat and the narrator should say a baby will feel safe and warm in a BABY WARMER.

Not to be mean or anything, but you have an IDEA... not an "ideal". You might want to get that right before you start promoting this thing.
