'The wise person is someone who realizes that they aren't wise.' They understand things about life and people, but realize that they are far from being the wisest. They are people who understands things from experiance and life, they know how to answer the questions that people who are less wise than them don't understand. In general wisedom come with experiance and life

I'd say life experiences and age . As you get older and learn more you gain knowledge. If you ever get the chance to listen to an elderly person you definitely know that our life are way more spoiled this day of age.

I would definitely say experience. knowledge can make you smart, but not necessarily wise.

Experiencing something and being able to think through and solve things knowig both the pros and cons with a snap of a finger.

As with anything you need the right tools (knowledge) and the ability to use them (experience). One without the other won't do you much good though.
