You insert the item to be wrapped between the two layer of wrap and roll it and bring the lever down till it melts the end away. Do both sides and then use the blow dryer thing to suck the air out. It will give the item a tight wrapped look just like notebook paper. I am not sure about metal though

Industrial shrink-wrap is just like the plastic that you can buy to cover your windows in the winter time. There are different grades available. But, you can use a heat gun or a hair dryer with the heat turned up to shrink the wrap. and. No, it doesn't stick to medal. Unless you completely melt the plastic.
