As a child the chandelier used to swing from side to side, and the radio would turn on by itself in the middle of the night.

One time on a camping trip I was walking back from the bathrooms at that moment right between day and night and I saw someone walk across the front of the site and stop behind a tree. So I figure one of the people is going to jump out and try to surprise me, so I pull out my flashlight, walk up to the tree, turn on the light, and there's no one there.

One time I was alone in a house, and I felt a presence. I looked at a mobile hanging motionless, and said, "If there is anyone else here, make the mobile spin." The next moment, the mobile began to spin.

One time I was driving into Ponca State Park to set up a large camping gathering, and the sides of the road were lined with spirits. All standing there, clearly visible to everyone, calmly welcoming us back.

On another camping trip, we felt a spirit near the bon-fire. We had a ring of 40 tiki-torches around the bonfire. It was a still and windless night, but all the tiki flames near the spirit bent in. One of the people in the circle had a fancy camera. After the campout she went to get the film developed, and all the photos from before the visitor turned out, but after that all the film was blank. She took the camera in to be repaired. The repairman asked if she'd been in a nuclear power plant. All the innards were fried from electromagnetism

My grandmother died while my niece was in utero. After my niece was born, she would look up at areas where no one was standing, and laugh and giggle. We all knew that she was looking at gramma, so we never showed her any pictures. Finally, at about a year old, she could speak, and my sister showed her the family photo album. My niece picked out her photo and said, "That's Old Gramma."

I used to see a cat out of the corner of my eye quite often, but this was just in one house that I lived in where other "strange" things happened too. At first I'd think it was my own cat, and then I'd remember that she was outside! There were several times when both my dog and cat would stare together at the same spot halfway up the stairs, their hair up and emitting low growls, but I couldn't see anything there myself -- which sure did make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up! I used to hear a knocking in one wall, and we later found an old hammer behind that same wall. Weird stuff, but very real. I've lived in many other homes, and have had a few "unexplained" things happen now and then, but nothing like in that house!

I got a very interesting email recently, that proved to me that we don't always see what we think we see. It was a circle of pink dots and one would blink off, all the way around the circle. If you stared at the middle of the dots, the pink dot looked green, and then the dots disappeared altogether. Now, if you looked away from the center of the dots, you saw all the pink dots again. No, we don't see ghosts or spirits. Ghosts don't exist, and spirits are invisible. But, you are seeing something--I would say it is from being tired or ill.

I actually have never considered the classic image of a spirit, ghost, or demon. although I did see on 3 separate activities a cluster of small light fixtures about thirty to fifty transferring round in randomly in reality 3 ft far off from me. i understand that what i replaced into seeing replaced into authentic because I appeared far off from it two times, appeared again and it replaced into nevertheless there interior a similar position and not any the position else I appeared off to. I also appeared at it from diverse angles and it had intensity to it. i think what I talked about replaced into certainly Angels because when I talked concerning the cluster I felt an abundance of peace proper this second after. two times in 1999 and once this 12 months in March. perchance Angels are a lot smaller than we anticipate of.

Floaters: A common type of entopic phenomenom. The eyeball is filled with a transparent liquid, the vitreous body, through which light passes on its way from the pupil to the retina. Blood cells can leak into this area; cells from the macula, or outer wall of the eyeball, can also become detached. Such debris, drifting through the path of the light traversing the vitreous body, casts shadows on the retina. One may then see small circles floating across the field of vision; sometimes, these forms appear in chains or tangles. They can also appear as bright flashes or streaks of light, sometimes as webs of shimmering light. this is known as Scheerer's phenomenom.

I've always seen movement/flashes of light out of the corner of my eyes. More so when I'm tired, so I used to believe it was just some hallucination or physiological thing related to fatigue. Then I was at my sister's one night and I saw a white streak zip out of the room. I looked at my sister and her eyes were like saucers. She asked if I had just seen something and of course I had, so...did we both hallucinate the same thing? I don't think so.

I believe I have seen the shadow of my dad pass by my 3 year old son's room twice last month (my dad passed away in January of this year) and I think he was checking on my son who was asleep. i was in my bedroom at the time which is across from my boy's room and I swear I saw the shadow. I am a true believer in ghosts now.

Yes, but I dont see them in human form. I see them as large, fuzzy white or dark spots out of the corner of my eye.
I have been told that the white ones are good or happy spirtis and the dark ones are either angry, unsettled, or bad spirits!
Either way, I dont think they can harm you. They havent me!
