I just want to see others opinions on showboating rules. No hanging on the rim and the new NFL celebration rules. I think it's unnessary and stunting american sports. I have been turning away from basketball and football believe it or not. Now their is no heart or feeling when you see teams play, they are robots. Athletes are people too, they shouldn't be treated like trained dogs.

That is the most fun part of the game after a touch down for me. The endzone celebration. Players will pay the fine, I agree it won't stop them from doing it.

I agree with you, I really like the whole end zone celebration and stuff... I know that if I were a pro football player I'd be all about celebrations, ha probably after every good play I had! But, I do kind of agree with the commisioners too... With players like Chad Johnson and Terrell Owens always trying to out-do eachother, they are going to do something to really piss someone off and start a on field brawl or something. So, I'm kind of split.

Maybe they shouldn't act like trained animals, but they are adults, so they should grow up and act like they've done it before; versus acting like it's the first time someone scored a TD or dunked a basketball.

It won't stop anybody from doing it, they'll pay the fines.
