In my world NO means NO and YES means YES. It's an age old game where some guys think when a girl says No she actually means Yes.... This could also go for other people too and other circumstances.
Maybe faulty mental wiring..........LOL

I some cases no mean no and the other person wants it to be yes and continue to search until they get a yes
