What's with this Keith Olberman throwing wadded up paper at the TV camera and the viewers?

I actually heard him answer that question on a interview ...... he had said that was something he started doing because there were these certain # of seconds where he would still be on camera but breaking to commercial and just out of the blue did it one day during a show and he just kept to it because he felt like just sitting there and not really knowing what to do ...he thought was kinda stupid and he thought he looked ridiculous ...so that's how he started with the throwing the balls of crumpled paper.
