Some do, some don't When I was married my husband spent more time in the kitchen than I did because he was used to cooking his own food and did it for himself and friends. I was a more casual eater and fixed my own although I occasionally ate what he cooked if it wasn't too spicy. Women belong in the home cleaning and doing laundry and cooking if they know how to.

I'm a guy, and all my life, my mom's been doing most of the cooking. My dad cooked some of the times whenever my mom couldn't but it was nothing like my mom's cooking. I find myself cooking in the kitchen now that I'm grown and asking my mom for recipes. I think that it was an old tradition that women were supposed to be in the kitchen and men were supposed to be working. Now it's totally different. I get more action with my girlfriend now that I can cook. Guys, you gotta cook for a girl, it works everytime!
