I'm a cuspal type myself. :-)
Cuspal types are those born in the first five days or last five days of a sign.
If a person is born in the last five days of a particular sign, he/she has some traits/characteristics of the next sign
If a person is born in the first five days of a particular sign, he/she has some traits and characteristics of the sign before it.
In your case, you're an Aries because you're March 21, but you were born within the first five days of Aries, so you have some traits/characteristics/qualities of Pisces, which is the sign before Aries.

That is not the cusp. It is the trough. The cusp is in the middle between the beginning of Aries and the end of Aries. Those people on the cusp of the sign are most like the sign. People born in the trough between two signs have traits of both signs.
The universe is always in balance, and you will find that you can have traits of both signs and be just fine.
I am born on the 16 of April, just after the cusp, I am very Aries,but also a little more Taurus than my sister who is born on the 9 th( which id the cusp), my sister who is born on the 4th is more Pisces than my sister who is born on the cusp.

On the Cusp is when your between the 2 signs. But you may just have the characteristics of one sign.
There are some very good books at the library. I've done a lot of research on the subject!

well first of all you are water and fire, pisces are emotional and pron to addictions if not incouraged to stay away from them at a young age, aries are the first in line at anything. So I would say that you have a hard time ,because you want to be first at somethings and last at others, you can do well by following your feelings about things better than most other people, and you probable have esp or someother physic feelings, work with them.

It means you have some of each sign. One minuet your in fighting mode and the next your day dreaming.
