Will a 25 ft sump pump hose work as a vacuum for the Intex easy set pool? It's one of those pools from walmart, it's a good pool but I can't clean the bottom of the pool with the garden hose vacuum thingy that comes with the box

I ran into that problem too. We had the 18x48 pool and it was awful trying to keep the bottom clean. What we did was buy a hose for a regular pool and the vacuum head that went with it. I put the hose on the intake valve in the pool that went to the pump and even though it didn't fit, it would stay on from the suction. Then I would just get in the pool and use the skimmer pole to push the vacuum around.

It worked better than the stupid cleaner that came with it. The big thing is you have to watch the filter, it gets dirty really fast and needs to be rinsed out, usually a couple of times per cleaning.

I had the same problem. I ended up getting a Pool Buster Max. It is a pool bacuum by Water Tech. The manufacturer's website is http://www.watertechcorp.com/html/Products. You can also do a google search by using Pool Buster Max.

If you saved the paperwork, you can order products through intex, I had to order more hoses because ours broke.
Try to go to www.intex.com and you can see a list of products and buy online. I just got the hoses in today and they are great.

Mail me if you can't get to the site.

Yeah, that should work, if it's just from Wal Mart I think it should work just fine.
