My first wish would be for the knowledge on how to best use my remaining wishes.
The problem with any wish is that without the ability to foresee consequences and ablity to choose actions whic maximise beneficial results, whatever may seem like something worth having may turn out to be your greatest bane.
For example if I wished for all knowledge, would I remain human? I would think that the human brain would not have the capibility to store all knowledge. I would think that knowledge of somethings would drive me crazy or sicken me. Do I want to know how all the world pains and sufferings?
How long would does the wish last, would I retain the knowledge and for how long?
A wish for "Peace of Earth" might result in a great plague that wipe out the human race.
A wish for money might result in hyperinflation.
A wish that affect the free will of others (e.g. "I wish for that everyone would do what is right and be happy", might turn people into mindless robots.
