Use tweezers and pluck away!
Yes, it can hurt. I prefer waxing.

You just get you some tweezers and pull out the hairs that you need to remove. It probably will hurt a little for you.

use tweezers and pluck only stray hairs and hairs from the bottom of your eyebrow or else you'll lose your arch and they will become straight.... it will hurt but you'll get used to it... good luck!

You use tweezers and yes it hurts at first. If it's really bad you can try applying baby's teething gel to numb the area. I prefer to get mine waxed at a salon, it's very quick and doesn't hurt

Tweeing. And yes it can hurt. Best bet is to get waxed professionally once then keep that shape with tweezing. Always pull the way the hair is growing.
