Because then there would be no competition and that would violate anti trust laws as well as sinking capitalism. Competition is necessary for fair trade.

hi they cant simply cause people are so deffernt in all the world deffernt needs and deffernt activaites and deffernt tests too so if all large business combine into one they will be all the same no deffernce between them at any thing and they will make just one roll to control every thing and that cant be in the world cause some people are poor and some are rich so the roll for prices cant be just one and the tests too and they have deffernt opions too and will be no copatition between the business men so the prices can be low or high and they will not can to understand the market too they will not try to know what costmores needs and want and i think that will not be good cause the market movment will stop no new things no new deals nothing deffernt and the people will get very bored from that too i hope my answer helps yu alot and good bye wallid desoky

because some of the large business have difference way of making their own business. so if they combine into one it would have some conflict between the idea of making thier business.

As a company gets larger it gets harder to maintain a positive cash flow. If the company outspend in expenses than what they makes it will cause them to have to downsize. The other problem is when they combine whom will be the main person to run that new company.
