They were going to keep it but then when so many people watched the series finale of 7th Heaven they decided to run another season of 7th Heaven and drop Everwood!!! I'm so angry because I HATE 7th Heaven but I watched the finale just because I wanted to see it finally end. I can't believe by doing that I contributed to killing Everwood. Don't they realize that half the people watching it just wanted to see the final train wreck? Sigh.

Yes they are , but the show was very good and the script probably did not have any juice left in it. I knew Ephram and Amy would end up together as well as Dr. Brown and his Nina. The show was not made I feel to last more than it did. and I like when a show comes to an end at the right time

With the merger, some shows just have to go, and that show apparently didn't make the cut, neither will others.

i doubt they are cancelling it by choice...it must not have had the ratings
