A good answer would be something like, "I want to learn and grow as much as I can within this job. I hope to make a positive contribution to the team's efforts and hopefully to advance if the opportunity presents itself. I am looking for a long-term experience with a company such as this."
My experience has been that companies want someone who will stay with the job for awhile, not someone who's going to cut and run quickly. Using that concept as the basis for your answer is probably what they're looking for.
