my friend was yyelling that in a high voice in the classroom when the teacher was gone. he won't tell me what it means.

I have never heard that word before. If you get the answer, i would like to know it. Maybe it's just the lack or sleep and coffee doing your friend's talking, and he thinks he's a dictionary.
