get to a doctor to check for diabetes, could explain a couple of symptoms. You blood sugar may be too high. do you get blurred vision too? How about tiredness?

Call your doctor to make an appointment, keep a food journal so they can see what foods you typically eat and quantities.

Food allergies, food sensitivities. See a Dr. or allergist. Keep a food journal and keep track of what you eat, when you eat it , and your symptoms and when you have them. You should definitely see a pattern. It would be helpful to simplify your diet and avoid common allergens such as wheat, milk, soy, eggs, nuts, and fish. Plus, no drinking or drugs! Good luck!

maybe it's the type of foods you are eating. things with high fat and sugar content will sometimes make people feel sick. if it is with any type of food, you may have a digestive disorder and will need to see a doctor.
