As far as I know, they get a set amount for each week they last - the further they get, the more they win. plus the 2nd and 3rd get cash too....the 2nd place winner on palau got $100 grand.

I think that everyone on the show gets an amount of money. The longer you're on the show, the more you get.

Second place gets 100,000, not sure about third place
