Think about this really quickly. The body acts and reacts the same way during masturbation as it does during sex. If what you're saying was true, then sex would also make you sterile.

No, masturbation will have no adverse effects on you or your sexual health, except for possible chafing and a sore wrist. In fact, it can help you to relieve stress, get to sleep if you're having trouble doing so, and you can't get STDs or impregnate anyone when you're not ready. I really don't see a downside.

Masturbation is just a natural way of self pleasure.
Now, it can become a vice, which can give you problems. Adiction to pornography, impotence or erectile dysfunction.
There's no way to become sterile, since sperm is a enzyme and it is regenerated. So, take your time, relax and choke the duck...

Not true.
However, Men produce a certain amount of sperm cells each day, somewhere in the 3-5 millions. Frequent ejaculation can deplete that supply. So masturbation can reduce the potency of a man's ejaculate, but not eliminate it completely.

Actually the opposite. It may help with ability to preform and decrease the chances of impotence (unless you do it in excess). It also loweres stress which infact creates healthy happy sperm. So go ahead... find a playboy and hit the bathroom!

I don't think so, but why waste perfectly good sperm?

I think it's kinda selfish- you're the only one who gets any fun that way,.. what does she get out of the deal?

And another thing... why is society so down on self control?

Nope. However...it can decrease sensitivity in that region of your body. Not something that you may want to happen.
