A husband and wife being codependent on eachother isn't a bad thing. It sounds like your hubby is just overdoing it. Talk to him honestly and just tell him how you feel. Don't argue about it - just let him know that you love him and you love being around him - but that you need some space to yourself too.
If talking to him doesn't get him to give you some space, get into marriage counseling. Your hubby might need to hear it from a counselor that each spouse needs some space sometimes.

BAD BAD BAD, read Codependent No More by Melanie Beattie, it really helped me learn to let go. Share it with him. Good luck.

I bet you'd be a bit bent outta shape if he did not wanna spend time with you, huh? Maybe he just simply enjoys your company so much that he has a desire to be near you?? Maybe??
