Maybe you can try from Microsoft's website. But they are now publishing the new Windows Defender, it's free also. Windows Defender shall uninstall Microsoft AnitSpyware as Defender is installed.

www.microsoft.com.au then go to downloads,.Any problems go to the techs page in microsoft,email them,they will ring you and talk you through it,with any problems ring they are free if you have windows.
