As long as you don't threaten to harm President Bush there are no repercussions legal or otherwise. It's called Freedom of Speech.

One of the good things about living in the United States is that you are ALLOWED to criticize the President ... :) If there were any legal repercussions, the prisons would be full to capacity by now ... :)

Depending on the forum, whoever owns/moderates/adminsters the site where you posted might restrict you so read their policies.
Free speech rights only apply to laws made the government, not to rules made by individuals or companies.

legally none.in spite of all the crying and moaning about the patriot act and NSA spying we are still free to to insult our president and no one is going to come and get you.
