they are standard , same as walk ups

They build all the machines with standard keypads which have braille lettering. Why would they go to any extra effort and expense to build special ATM's without braille?

It gives the visually impaired access to ATM's

so a blind person can have somebody drive them and they can get money themselves without having to tell anybody else their account info.
