here is how but results vary with different text:

Get a scanner with O.C.R. software and you can scan the page and the software will attempt to place it into Word or other text format.

It is not always successful, but that is how you would do it.

Next copy the text you want and paste away..

Buy a scanner, then scan the picture into your computer. Go to an image hosting site and host it online. Then cut and paste the internet link.

In order to paste something into Answer, it has to be text. Scans are normally pictures, so you could not do it. (Unless you used OCR software to turn the words of the magasine article into text - but probably faster to just type it then do that)
