My husband was on here on my name and he asked a question why should I pay child support. It is not that he is trying to get out of paying child support. What he is wanting to know is that she want allow him to see the child if I am around. We have a DNA test pending. There is along history around this other girl she was my friend and she did not have any where to go so I let her move in with us. But that was my mistake that want happen again. Also, How do you now who you can trust as far as friends go?

Sounds like a confusing situation you are in. As for him, unless the court says you cannot be around during his visits she and he cant do anything, his visitation time is just that, his. As long as he is around and wants you to be a part of his child's life and no Court has denied you being there, you can.

A court can deny you being there if you've got a bad record and she requests it directly though.... and the child doesnt stay overnight in your home, especially if you are trully married. But honestly it doesnt happen that much.

Honestly? No-one here can answer this question fully. We're only hearing one side of the story.

The court where all of this will be heard will take statements from both parties and decided what has to be done.

Your question is partially ambiguous - I suspect that the mother and wife in your question are two different people. It's not very clear.

well, well, well .....TRUTHFully I"ve been there although in your case its a bit different than mine I think you should wait till the DNA results are out then you can start acting from there,if the child he is supporting turns out to be his than and he proves in a court of law that he is paying child support than he will be granted a share of custody IRRESPECTIVE OF WHO HE IS WITH provided the child comes over to your place cos shes got every right to block you for visitation in her place .and for future ref LOVE THEM ALL but TRUST NO ONE!!! this isn't only your friends fault your husband as well how did he get to hook with your desperate friend? I don't get it !!!!Its all messed up!!!!

he should'nt be liable for child support at least until the test has been done if there is one pending as you say. As far as trusting people goes trust has to be earned in most cases but sometimes it is given freely use your own judgement obn trusting people. good luk

the only way you can sort this out is through the courts and regarding the friend it will teach you to be more careful before you trust anyone again thats what you get for trying to be nice
