I want to ask a guy out, that i have liked for 6 years now, but think he will say no, what do i do?

I have liked this guy for 6 years now, and we sort of went out in the first year , but then we sort of broke up. I still like him, and we seem to be hanging out a lot over the summer, but i wish i had enough guts to ask him if he likes me and if he wants to go out with me again!!!!

ask him out to some non threatening place (picnic, zoo, amusement park) and talk to him about your likes and dislikes. Ask him about his likes and dislikes. If he enjoys the get together say at the end, "I'd enjoy doing this again, how about you?" If he says yes you have your answer.

My suggestion would be to think back why you two broke up in the first place. Then think about what has changed now that makes you think you you guys would be able to make it If you feel like there is a good reason now, have trust in yourself.

Well, there is of no such thing of "kinda sorta", sometimes things work out better as pals. If things work out for more, great, if not, then try to move on. Sometimes you have pals, then there are "pals", figure out which is there, a pal or a "pal". Then sometimes friends can be a pal, then sometimes a "pal" can be an asset to an enduring friendship
