If it's not erect it's normal and average. If it's three inches when erect, it's a bit below "average" (which is between 5 and 7 inches) but still "normal". Sex feels just as good no matter how small or how big it is and vaginas are basically "one size fits all" so you won't have any problems there. Yeah it's normal I guess!
