If it were so revolutionary and good, why has it not been developed commercially? I used Google and found that a lot of the 'pro' links no longer worked and there was sufficient evidence of exposes by people who do that sort of thing to convince me that it's a fraud.

I saw no evidence that any government is trying to suppress it and I examined one (French) site which made claims for it and it appeared to be nothing more than pre-vaporisation of the fuel by heat from the exhaust.

I have built one just to prove or disprove to myself the concept. I don't care what anyone thinks. I have a lawn mower that will run on 80% water and 20% gasoline
