They both are not great, but since we are humans we feel them all. Just be sure to keep on rolling and don't let your wheels spin a rut in the mud...feel it for awhile and then try to let it go. Best Wishes!!

I would say that none of them is better because both of them are negative emotions so they would deprive anyone of peace and happiness. But if you really have to choose between the two, it would depend on the factor that would make you get hurt or angry.
You may get angry but not hurt or get hurt but not angry or you may get angry and hurt at the same time. It depends on the kind of reaction you would want to have regarding something but remember that no matter how you react on something, your health may get affected by it so be careful about yourself.
Anxiety, paranaoia, high blood pressure, insomnia, and heart problems are but just a few of the many health disorders that may be brought about by anger and the hurting circumstance.

If we're talking romantic relationships, I could deal more easily with anger than hurt. After a relationship I'd look for things to get angry about because the feeling of loss would get so bad.

Well when I get hurt I get angry. So they are one in the same for me. I hate being angry and hurt. So neither is better. When your angry sometimes it helps motivate you into doing something. Though sometimes in anger we respond in ways that are not healthy.

Angry is much better cuz you get over it after you vent.. but hurt can last a long time and make you think about it for a very long time... I don't think a person ever gets over the hurt.

Angry makes you feel better and hurt just eats you away inside
but neither is better because the faster you let things go the faster you will be happy

Angry. Hurt messes you up inside.
After you finish being angry, remember "what goes around comes around." Eventually all the people who made me angry, got it bad in the end.

Being hurt sucks but when you are angry you could end up doing or saying something you will probably regret. But being angry is easier for me. I would rather be mad than be crying I think

I'd rather get angry than hurt i guess, but i try not to let either happen.
For the record, I end up hurt most of the time.
My ability to hate is apparently non existent for now.

ALL anger stems from something that was said or done to HURT you. Think about it. WHAT has angered you? I'm sure it was something that HURT you.
So which is "better"...?
Well to hurt is to feel pain and suffering, but to feel ANGER is to act out on something that hurt you so bad that you then act on your angry feelings, thereby allowing the person that hurt you, to control you!!!
Anger is worse, so hurt is "better".
Confused?? I think I am!! ha ha
