You can do things like gift baskets from Harry and David (www.harryanddavid.com). Gift baskets can be configured to include things like wine, crackers, cheese, fruit, chocolates, etc. and are easy to put together. Chances are, with all of the items you put into a gift basket, your neighbor will like at least one. Besides, it's the thought that counts.

i would give them like a vase where they can put there flowers or some cake store bought or some scented candles or a plant things like that and if there a new neighbor give them a welcolm card and like a gift packet or those gift things that have shower washing things..

A cutting flower garden. My neighbor's daughter is always picking flowers from my garden and walking on all the other tender blooms to pick them.

Presuming it's a housewarming gift? Fresh baked something-or-other, bottle of wine, gourmet food, flowers, candles....did I mention food?

Well I could give him his leaves back that blow in to my yard every fall, or I could give him the wonderful piles of dog poo his dog lets in my yard...... maybe a gift certificate for a 6 foot fence

You could get them a nice basket with pasta's, sauces, cheeses, fruit - or whatever you think might be nice. A nice basket could get pricey, so if your looking for something a bit cheaper you could always get a nice house plant for them.

An eviction notice, mine is always drunk and getting beat up by her different boyfriend every night, it is a low income house..and I am buying mine, ok I made a mistake...not lol

a nice pretty door mat or a nice tree if in a home or plant in an apartment wind chimes something you will see and will improve the outside of the home
