Is it normal for sex to last two or more hours and be as frequent as three times a day?

Quite an interesting question.

I think it depends on your age and your gender. For most men and young man that I have seen as patients many told me that most of the times when they were teenagers they have sex more than once a day. Many masturbates over four times a day. Is it normal? Yes, it is normal; the older you get the more energy you use to have sex and to keep it going for a while. Therefor once you reach over 40 you will start to get tired more often and intercourse will be much shorter than an hour.

On women, it depends of how active she is or not. If the women is active and she has the physical abilities to keep it going over an hour it is very normal. However, you have to becareful if you are a woman, when intercourse lasts over than an hour your private areas will get tender and at times loses sensation. When this happens, a couple hours after intercourse you will find that your private areas starting to get sore, I recommend to space out the frequency of long intercourse. You just have to watch your self and always practice safe sex.

I don't know about the two or more hours, that is a bit long. You would have to have a little break. If it lasted that long maybe its not much good.
Three times a day? maybe, if you are young enough and in enough lust but not three times a day every day. Daily is very normal for the first few months of a relationship if its all going well. I am 48 years old and my husband is 56 married for 12 years and we have sex about 3 or 4 times a week.
