Circumcision is not commonly performed in most European countries, and routine infant circumcision does not exist. The circumcision rate is generally estimated to be around 10-15%, but this rate varies greatly from country to country.

That is hard to say, I certainly hope so. The decision to have a baby circumcised is up to the parents normally, most do decide to have their child circumcised. However if they do not get circumcised at birth it can be done at any age.....but man would it hurt!

It's weird...it depends what religion and what region you are associated with. There are many muslims and jewish communities spread throughout Europe. I think a good portion of Eastern Europe is circumcised. It's just tradition there whilst the Western Europe is either trimmed or uncircumcised. They just believe why fix something that isn't broke.
