I always get compliments about the way I look, but no I'm not content. I could definately use bigger boobs. I think everyone has something they wouldn't mind changing. Even the models and actresses you see probably have some things they are insecure about.

No, not completely, and I honestly don't believe most people can really say they are either...those who do are usually trying to put up a front or full of themselves. The whole 'I'm confident with who I am' thing is overstated a bunch and just not real...only my opinion.

it depends on my mood that day and how much sleep I've had....no-one is ever completely happy with the way they look...A smile and a good attitude go along way...

people who look like jesus christ look filthy and dirty and smell like a dirty burrito. certainly they cannot be content with the way they look...but hey, looking like jesus christ COULD get you laid.
