It really depends on what you mean. If you just want her to notice you, just be yourself. If you want her to date you, the wisest thing to do is just be bold. Tell her how you feel and let her come to you. Don't be too clingy, but don't act uninterested. That is how you get a girl. ( If you mean how do you get her in bed, for most girls that isn't likely to happen until they get to know you.)

First off "pick there brains" that lets them know your interested, but only agree with them when you have something in your history that they can relate to, for instance...
I saw a really funny movie last week--
Then you can respond about a funny movie, tv show, or audio you've heard recently.
In other words find something to relate to them.

Well my friend if your a wuss don't be. girls usually like tough guys (assholes) because if your a wuss the girl will judge that your no fun and all you would want to do is hug and crap like that. a girl usually likes tough guys because the girls think they can give them fun and joy. but remember not all girls are like this.
