Schools are run by liberal idiots. They are brainwashing our kids. It is sad, really.

disturbed- not all men have sex with other men.
As another answerer stated, that is a good question. Though most people say, "good question" when they have no idea what the answer is.
We separated church and state, so the state can't teach the children to pray in school. So, most schools have "silent moments" before school begins.
As for it being ok for two men (or two women) to have sex together, that is a completely different subject. It is absurd, and I would reconsider where I sent my children to school.

How can one person be so confused?
Which state are you talking about? I've not heard of one teaching M+M sex is "OK."
But anyway, the answer is that it's SCHOOL, not CHURCH. There are all kinds of different churches, synagogues, etc. in the U.S. and within each state, but there are basic common educational curricula that are necessary for competitiveness and civic participation in a democracy.
If our students are being very well educated and don't have enough time to pray, states can make the school day a little shorter so the students can go to church before or after school. But since we are still stuggling with basic education, and there is plenty of time for students to pray at home or at church, it seems obvious that we don't want to be devoting part of the school day to prayer (especially when it will be meaningless to many of the students).
Let's let the teachers teach language, math, history, and logical thinking skills, and let the pastors, rabbis, etc do the ministering.

Because the state is trying to teach kids that people are different and they need to be tolerant. Which is why there is no prayer in school. I really wish that they would be prayer back.....and give each religion its own day to pray over the PA. See how much christians want prayer in school when friday is wiccan day and tuesday is Islamic day.

you can pray in school whenever you want, just not in organized religious groups. its very simple, school is about facts like evolution, not religous fairy tales. They dont talk about men having sex with men to young children anymore than they do about men and women having sex. Children should know that gays exist in the world and are people too.

Two men cannot have sex together in a school. And anyone can pray in school or anywhere else.
Get your facts right before you make absurd claims.

Because there's this thing called separation of church and state. Congress is not permitted to cater to specific religions. Not everyone prays, and allowing such things to be organized is discrimination against those who do not take part.

Religion is a choice. And many try to force their personal choices upon others. Homosexuality is not a choice (from my understanding)...although I don't agree with it, it is not shoved down my throat by them that if I don't do as they do I will go to hell. Many Christians try to cram that crap down my throat...you're going to hell because you're not Christian like me! Bull crap! I have my own mind and can think as I choose. Religion is a belief...sex is not.
