Metro, when you're referring to a guy, is when he is very well put together, like he put more than the usual amount of time and thought into it than a guy normally would. Example: Ryan Seacrest.
They're the guys whose outfits completely match and are very stylish, their eyebrows are groomed, they use skin and hair products, etc.

a metro is a guy spending as much time as a girl would on looks, hair, clothes, appearance, etc... maybe it was the part, it could have looked so planned that he looked like he put it that way with hairspray
