TRUST! love, money, sex can falter but trust....thats the key. a jealous partner can unknowingly destroy a decent relationship. also, if a person's best friend is their parent(s). run for the hills. it'll never work. you will always be "second". and whenever a problem arises (and it will), you can count on the parents pushing their son or daughter to dump you. harsh, but true. and stay out of family disagreements too. live your marraige day by day but above all trust your partner. if its a sex thing, get off your back and move alittle. try new things.

I believe the major key to a happy relationship between two people is: Love, honor, and respect as well mutual trust, understanding, and the will to stay together when the going gets tough and you might think that you can't go on.
Being there for each other when one of us is in need of the other's help / healing / guidance / assistance. Loving each other regardless of our differences even though they're the ones that make us strong and bring us a lot closer to each other. When you love someone, you're starting to live for that person and you're looking to find the ways to make him / her happy and make sure that everything's all right within your partnership. If there's a certain obstacle, try solving it together, just like a puzzle. Communicate together so that way there won't be any misunderstanding or confusion, this way making sure that both are heard and understood the way they need to be. Be each other's shoulder to cry and lean on in tough times, and don't resent the other for their faults no matter what they've done.
It takes two to make it happen, just like a dance. If you take care of one another, not give up before any obstacle(s) and look for the ways to make your relationship prosper, and nurture it through hard times... then I believe all will turn out for the best and not the worst.
Everyone's different and there are too many unhappy people in the world, be the ones to show them how to be happy and lead the way to a more peaceful, gentle, loving and caring relationship(s) between one another... And, later on you'll see that you're changing the world--one person at a time, or in this case, one relationship at a time.

The best way to keep a relatiomship going and in good conditions is to keep the communication there. You must communicate and get to know each other as friends first. Know what one another likes or dislikes and learn to talk about your problems without yelling at each other if you establish a really strong friendship everything else falls into place

The main things are: Common sence, trust, honesty, and comprimise. You need all of that just to keep a relationship going. It doesn't hurt if you concider your partner before your self. Remember: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" (Golden Rule: Bible)

Deep Love, understanding and compatibility.Opposites attract but opposites cant stick together.you need someone that is like a magnet to your personality.your goals and visions need to mesh well. And beyond that you need allot of compromise and selflessness.and the willingness to stick it out through the thick and the thin.

Its all about honesty and communication. Talking everything through is how you know what he/she wants/needs. During those "talks" being honest is how you you truely learn about them...and yourself.

YOU MUST HAVE A RELATIONSHIP BUILT ON TRUST, RESPECT, COMMUNICATION AND UNDERSTANDING. YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR SEXUAL HABITS OFTEN SO THAT IT DOES NOT BECOME HABIT OR ROUTINE.
