It means you have a nice ***. Some people will answer this saying it means a big ***. If you listen to the words to the song it means flat small bony buts are ugly, and curvy nice shaped asses are sexy. So it was meant to be a compliment but the guy who said it is uncreative. A nice *** is a great thing though so have fun with it
