No. MLK wanted peace and equality for all. I feel very few blacks are willing to let go of the race card long as it equals a paycheck or conflict. I don't see any of the black leaders pushing for peace today. it's all about what they are entitled to.

MLK's dream will happen when Blacks decide to stop hating and start working. Our country has jobs for everyone. Just because you choose a job is beneath you does not mean you do not have opportunity. Too many blacks think they should start out on the top of the ladder, and not have to work their way up like everyone else has done.

Malcom X is a perfect example. He was killed by blacks (his own friends none the less) who thought he was on the side of white people. Blacks + Racism + Violence = never ending cycle. Solve the equasion and solve the problem.

Overall I'd say unfortunately not, because there is still so much discrimination. I think some people are making an effort, but not enough to say that his dream has been fulfilled.

It's extremely unfortunate, because MLK Jr. was an awesome man, doing so much for something he believed in.

Somewhat, but we have a long way to go. MLK's dream should apply to everyone here on Earth, but sadly, we've fallen short!
