maybe you can go to walmart and get a moisturizing face wash. that should help. i had the same thing and i used carmex on my lips. but dont worry, theres nothing wrong with you, maybe its just the bath soap that you use that dried your skin out. when you go to bed though, glob on the carmex and your lips will feel better in the morning, i promise. good luck ps or you can use the blistex lip fusion on your lips. that works too

You need to take a multivitamin. The dry skin could be a sign of vitamin deficiency and the cracks at the corners of your mouth could be due to iron deficiency.

Water, water and more water. Skins usually dries out due to dehydration. You may not be taking in enough fluids. Increase your water intake, use plenty of moisturizer and use lip balm or vaseline to keep your lips replenished. Your soap may also be drying out your skin. Try a moisturizing brand and keep the shower water cooler than normal. Hot water pulls moisture out of your skin too.

Dry skin can be a sure sign of dehydration. Use a good moisturizer on your skin and be sure to drink plenty of liquids that don't contain caffeine (that dries you out more).
